Five star service from a Five star team! I was tired of paying out the wazoo for my home insurance, so I started shopping around. Came to Steve Root Allstate and had an all around Five Star experience. Lindsey went above and beyond to help me find $100,000 more in coverage for less money than I was paying with my previous insurer. After all the paperwork was taken care of, Lacey in customer service went the extra mile to walk me through all of the ways Steve Root's customer service team will keep me on track and updated while I'm a part of the Allstate family. For me, home insurance is a huge headache, but Lindsey and Lacey both have me peace of mind knowing they had my back and insured me (see what I did there?) I was in good hands!!!

One of the best experiences I have ever had with an insurance company. Allstate made my claim simple! No hassle on their part and when needed…. They stepped in and took care of business! THEN!!! After the claim I had issues with getting my payment for monthly installments made and that is where Lacey came into play! She was awesome! Went out of her way to help and got all taken care of.
